Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of innovativelabs.io and the apps hosted on its subdomains (together, the "Services"), operated by G5 Capital Management, Inc. ("innovativelabs.io," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About the Services

innovativelabs.io is a workshop for prototypes, tools, and experiments. Many apps are early-stage and may change, have limited features, contain errors, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Some apps are public, some are shared by link, and some are invite-only. We may grant, limit, or revoke access to any app at our discretion.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, including your email account and any Google account you use to sign in, and for activity that occurs under your account. Let us know right away at support@innovativelabs.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
  • Access apps, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access, or share invite-only access with others
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services or attempt to bypass security or usage limits
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Services except as permitted by law
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights
  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter into the Services. You give us permission to store, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to submit it.

5. Feedback and ideas

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or app ideas, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you. Submitting an idea does not create any partnership, confidentiality obligation, or promise that we will build it. If you want to discuss a formal arrangement for an idea, contact us before submitting it.

6. Health, AI, and informational features

Some apps may help you track information such as medications or nutrition, or may include AI-generated content. These features are for general informational and organizational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. Reminders and notifications may be delayed or fail, so do not rely on the Services as your only way to manage medications or other important tasks. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, and you should verify it before relying on it.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers (such as Google for sign-in) and may link to third-party sites. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Fees

The Services are currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will present the applicable terms before you are charged.

9. Our intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as permitted here.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue an app or the Services.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATIVELABS.IO AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless innovativelabs.io and its owners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
