This Privacy Policy explains how innovativelabs.io ("innovativelabs.io," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use innovativelabs.io and the apps hosted on its subdomains (for example, meds.innovativelabs.io) (together, the "Services").

What innovativelabs.io is
innovativelabs.io is a workshop for prototypes, tools, and experiments. Some apps are public, some are shared by link, and some are available only to invited users. Individual apps may show additional privacy notices describing information specific to that app; those notices supplement this policy.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name, profile picture, and Google account identifier (see "Google user data" below).
Information you enter into apps. Each app stores the content you choose to enter, such as lists, notes, settings, or schedules. Some apps may let you enter personal information such as medication names and schedules. You control what you enter.
Usage information. We may keep a basic activity log of how the Services are used, such as sign-ins, pages or screens visited, and features used, along with the date and time. We use this to understand usage, keep the Services running, and fix problems.
Technical information. Our hosting and security providers automatically process information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and request logs in order to deliver and protect the Services.
Communications. If you submit feedback, a support request, an access request, or an app idea, we collect what you send us and your contact details.
Google user data
If you choose "Sign in with Google," innovativelabs.io requests only the following basic permissions (scopes): openid, email, and profile.
What we access: your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier.
What we do not access: we do not request or access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, or any other Google account data.
How we use it: solely to create and authenticate your account, display your name and picture within the Services, and determine which apps you are allowed to access.
How we store it: this information is stored in our authentication and database provider (Supabase) and protected by access controls. It is kept for as long as your account exists.
How we share it: we do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except with the service providers listed below as needed to operate the Services, or when required by law.
AI models: we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
innovativelabs.io's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke innovativelabs.io's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including signing you in and controlling app access
- Send transactional emails, such as sign-in codes and notifications you have turned on
- Respond to feedback, support requests, and access requests
- Monitor usage, performance, costs, and security, and prevent abuse
- Improve the Services and build new features
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We rely on the following providers to run the Services. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, domain, and security
- Supabase — user authentication and database storage
- Resend — sending transactional email
- Google — "Sign in with Google" authentication
If an app uses an additional provider (for example, for text messages or AI features), that app will tell you before you use the feature.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of innovativelabs.io or others, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the Services.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add third-party analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Activity logs may be kept for a limited period and then deleted or summarized.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@innovativelabs.io from the email address on your account. We will complete deletion within 30 days, except where we must keep information for legal reasons. Any backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, or delete your information, or ask questions about how it is used, by contacting support@innovativelabs.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests as required.
Where information is processed
The Services are operated from the United States, and information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. If changes are significant, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or in the Services.
